This hire will play a pivotal role in helping customers adopt market-leading cybersecurity solutions while acting as the technical bridge between sales, product and engineering teams.

The Role
As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will act as the primary technical advisor throughout the sales process, partnering closely with customers to understand complex requirements and design tailored security solutions. This is a highly customer-facing pre-sales role, combining technical consultancy, solution design, demonstrations, Proof of Concepts and stakeholder engagement across enterprise and public sector organisations. Working alongside Sales, Product and Engineering teams, you will help customers solve complex security challenges whilst influencing product direction through customer feedback and market insight.
Solutions Architect Responsibilities
- Partner with sales teams to understand customer requirements and design tailored technical solutions
- Deliver technical presentations, workshops, demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (PoCs)
- Design solution architectures across cloud, hybrid and on-premise environments
- Act as the primary technical advisor throughout the sales cycle
- Support RFIs, RFPs and technical bid responses
- Conduct Proof of Value engagements and technical evaluations
- Advise customers on deployment best practices, automation and DevOps methodologies
- Support integrations involving APIs, networking technologies and security infrastructure
- Build strong relationships with enterprise, Government and Financial Services customers
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide customer feedback and market insight
- Contribute to technical thought leadership activities including webinars, content and industry events

Solutions Architect Requirements
This role would suit someone who:
- Has experience as a Solutions Architect, Pre-Sales Engineer, Sales Engineer or Technical Consultant
- Comes from a cybersecurity, networking or enterprise software background
- Has strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Has experience delivering technical demonstrations, workshops and PoCs
- Understands cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP
- Has knowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, VPN
- Has experience working with APIs, integrations and software development concepts
- Can communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Enjoys working across sales, engineering and customer success functions
Desirable
- Experience supporting Government, Defence or Financial Services customers
- Knowledge of ICAP, CASB, ZTNA or modern cybersecurity architectures
- Experience with DevOps tooling, CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code
- Python, Java or C# development experience
- Exposure to Kubernetes, Docker or containerised environments
- Security clearance experience or familiarity with regulated procurement environments
