CDM Consultant
Location : Eltham (2-3 days per week in the office)
Salary : £60,000 to £65,000 plus excellent benefits
Join Our Team as a CDM Consultant!
We\’re seeking someone who can support complex pre-construction work, guide clients through CDM responsibilities, and develop a small but capable team.
In this role, you\’ll play a key part in managing design risk, supporting fire safety and compliance work, and contributing to bids and tenders. We\’re looking for someone confident, organised, and able to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams. You don\’t need to be the \’finished article\’ just someone with strong foundations and the ambition to grow.
