Supply Teaching Assistants - Mainstream Primary Schools - Ellesmere Port
Salary: Daily pay rate between £105 + paid weekly
Contract: Flexible supply and full time options
Hirecracker Education are working with a range of Primary Schools across Ellesmere Port. We are looking for passionate Teaching Assistants to support a range of children from Reception - Year 6. This opportunity bodes fantastic training and professional development opportunities and the chance to play a key part in helping pupils in their educational journey.

What will you be doing:
- Aid the class teacher in controlling classroom behaviour and ensuring that pupils remain on task
- Assist the class teacher in planning engaging lessons and activities and implementing these into small-group and 1-1 support
- Promote inclusion and support pupils with individual needs/capabilities and additional needs
Requirements:
- Experience working with children or young people in a school, sports, care, residential support, youth work, mental health, or community setting
- Must possess good literacy and numeracy skills
- The ability to foster positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
