This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing Environmental Health and Safety consultancy business working with hospitality and food service clients across the UK. With ambitious growth plans and an expanding client base, the business is continuing to grow its audit team across multiple regions.
The Role
As Environmental Health Auditor, you will be responsible for carrying out third-party audits across a varied client base, ensuring high standards of quality, compliance and customer service are consistently delivered. This is a home-based, field-based role requiring travel across your designated region, with flexibility available around both full-time and part-time working arrangements.
Environmental Health Auditor Responsibilities:
- Conduct third-party audits across hospitality and food service client sites
- Produce accurate and detailed audit reports within agreed timescales
- Deliver high levels of customer service and professionalism during client interactions
- Work closely with internal scheduling and operational teams
- Manage your own regional workload and diary effectively
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Environmental Health and safety standards
- Build strong working relationships with clients across your region

Environmental Health Auditor Requirements:
- This role would suit someone who:
- Holds a BSc (Hons) Degree in Environmental Health
- Lives within or close to Devon/Cornwall, Lincolnshire or the Midlands
- Has strong communication and report-writing skills
- Is confident managing client relationships in a professional environment
- Has excellent attention to detail and organisational capability
- Comes from either an auditing or Environmental Health Officer (EHO) background
- Is comfortable with regional travel and field-based work
- Enjoys working within a collaborative and growing business environment
- Must be willing to undergo DBS and/or relevant security clearance checks
