The Role:

As Senior Business Development Manager, you will sit within a high-performing commercial team, responsible for generating new business revenue across agencies and brands within the UK market. This is a new business-focused role, ideal for someone who is commercially driven, confident building pipeline, and motivated by targets and earning potential. You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and close, working closely with senior commercial leadership and operations to ensure successful campaign delivery. The role is London-based, with an expectation to work regularly from a shared London office environment alongside the wider team.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and win new business opportunities across media agencies and brands
  • Build and maintain a strong, self-generated revenue pipeline
  • Pitch programmatic and display advertising solutions to key stakeholders
  • Manage full sales cycle from outreach to close
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure campaign success
  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets
