Hirecracker Education are working with an inclusive and supportive mainstream primary school in Chester who are looking for an enthusiastic EYFS Teacher to join their early years team. This is a fantastic opportunity to support children during a vital stage of development, helping them build confidence, independence, and a lifelong love of learning through play-based and child-centred experiences.

What you'll be doing:

  • Deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences in line with the EYFS Framework
  • Create a warm, safe, and stimulating environment that supports early development and exploration
  • Encourage communication, social skills, and independence through creative activities and structured learning
  • Observe, assess, and track children's progress to support individual development
  • Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues to support each child's learning journey
  • Work closely with teaching assistants and early years staff to provide nurturing and tailored support

What we're looking for:

  • UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the EYFS Framework
  • A nurturing, patient, and creative teaching approach
  • Ability to adapt activities to meet a wide range of developmental needs
  • Passion for creating engaging, hands-on learning experiences
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
