Behaviour Learning Mentor – Primary School – Ellesmere Port
Salary: £105 + per day, paid weekly

Hirecracker Education are working with a supportive and nurturing primary school in Ellesmere Port. We are looking for a dedicated Behaviour Learning Mentor to provide targeted support to pupils, helping them develop positive behaviour, social skills, and resilience in the classroom and beyond.

What you\’ll be doing:
- Supporting pupils to manage behaviour and stay engaged in learning
- Working closely with class teachers to implement strategies for individual pupils
- Promoting inclusion and supporting pupils with additional needs or challenges
- Helping pupils develop confidence, resilience, and positive relationships within school
Requirements:
- Experience working with children or young people in school, youth work, care, mental health, or community settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt your approach to suit different needs
- Patience, empathy and resilience when supporting children with challenging behaviour
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
