THE ROLE
As the Assistant Gas Engineer, you’ll support experienced engineers with the installation, maintenance, and servicing of gas systems and associated equipment across the site. This is a hands-on position where you’ll gain valuable engineering experience while developing technical knowledge within a highly regulated and safety-focused environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting qualified engineers with maintenance and installations
- Assisting with inspections and safety checks
- Following health & safety procedures and company processes
- Maintaining tools, equipment, and work areas
- Completing documentation and job records accurately
- Supporting day-to-day operational activities across the site
- Developing technical knowledge through structured training
