Looking to step into a more commercial, client-facing role within the marine sector? I’m recruiting for an Account Manager position where industry experience and credibility matter more than a hard sales background. This is an urgent hire with no candidates currently in process.

About the Client: We’re supporting a global engineering organisation operating within the marine and offshore sector. They have a strong presence across international markets and are known for delivering technical solutions and services to offshore and port-based clients.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing and developing key accounts across the offshore / marine sector
  • Building strong, long-term relationships with clients across UK ports
  • Identifying opportunities and generating work for internal engineering teams
  • Acting as the link between customers and operational / technical teams
  • Supporting commercial activity without a pushy sales approach
  • Travelling across the UK to meet clients and understand requirements

What We Need From You:

  • Marine / offshore industry experience (essential)
  • Background in engineering, vessel operations, or marine services
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Commercial awareness with a consultative approach
  • Ability to work between technical teams and client stakeholders
  • Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
