Flexible Supply Teacher – Chester & Ellesmere Port

Salary: £150–£170 per day (DOE), paid weekly

Contract: Flexible supply work – short-term and long-term opportunities available

What you’ll be doing:

  • Delivering pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
  • Maintaining a positive, safe, and engaging classroom environment
  • Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
  • Ensuring continuity of learning in the absence of the class teacher
  • Supporting pupils’ academic and social development
  • Liaising with school staff to ensure a smooth handover and consistent approach

What we’re looking for:

  • UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • ECTs and experienced teachers welcomed
  • Strong classroom management and organisational skills
  • Flexibility and confidence to teach across different year groups
  • A positive, professional, and reliable attitude
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
