Hirecracker Education are recruiting passionate and ambitious Primary School Teachers to work in our partner mainstream Primary Schools across Cheshire West. We welcome both ECTs who are just starting out on their educator journey and experienced teachers who are looking for a new challenge or new school setting. We offer opportunities across EYFS, KS1 & KS2 with a range of contracts from short-term, long-term to permanent positions.
Salary: Daily pay rate between £140 - £170 paid weekly.
Contract: Wide variety of opportunities on a short-term, long-term and permanent basis for ECTs to experienced Teachers across EYFS, KS1 & KS2.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver lessons in line with pre-prepared lesson plans but also bring your own resources when needed
- Manage classroom behaviour while creating and maintaining a positive and supportive learning environment
- Promote pupil safety and wellbeing in line with the school’s safeguarding policy
- Provide additional support to pupils with additional learning needs as the class teacher and collaborate with any class Teaching Assistants (if applicable)
Requirements:
- Obtain UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Excellent behaviour and class management skills
- Ability to tailor lessons to a range of needs and abilities
- Capable of designing and delivering engaging lessons that support ongoing learning progress
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
- A passion for education and pupil progression
