Hirecracker® Built Environment seeks a Chartered Building Surveyor for its Liverpool office. You’ll manage a varied workload across dilapidations, contract administration, refurbishment and building surveys for a national client base.
The role offers autonomy within a small, hands-on consultancy. MRICS is preferred, with 1–3 years PQE and a proven ability to travel nationally to client sites across the UK. Flexible working is available once established.
