Our client is a fast-growing, PE-backed global technology company at an exciting stage of their journey. With customers across more than 80 countries and a truly international team, they are scaling rapidly — and are looking for an experienced HR People Partner to support their EMEA business.

This is a hands-on, mid-level People Partner role supporting managers and employees across multiple countries in EMEA. You'll act as a trusted advisor to the business, combining day-to-day operational HR with genuine strategic input. Embedded in the region, you'll work closely with leaders to drive performance, navigate employee relations, and help shape a high-performing, engaged workforce.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Partnering with managers across EMEA to provide proactive, commercially-minded HR support
  • Managing employee relations matters across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local employment law and best practice
  • Supporting the development and implementation of HR policies across the region
  • Overseeing benefits administration for EMEA (with this transitioning to a dedicated Benefits Manager in due course)
  • Acting as a true strategic partner to the business — helping leaders think through people challenges and opportunities, not just processing HR

What We're Looking For

  • Solid HR generalist or People Partner experience gained within a global technology or software company
  • Demonstrable experience managing ER matters and navigating employment legislation across multiple EMEA countries
  • Familiarity with benefits administration, with the ability to hand this off smoothly as the function matures
  • Comfortable operating at both a strategic and operational level
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to challenge and advise senior stakeholders
  • Based in the UK (strongly preferred), or Germany, the Netherlands, or France

Why This Role?

You'll be joining a collaborative global People team within a company at a genuinely exciting point in its growth. There is real scope to make an impact across a diverse and growing region, working closely with a leadership team that values HR as a true business partner.
