Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Web3 Recruiter to join our team at HireChain. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and engaging top technical talent for our clients while maintaining strong relationships with them. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for technical roles, an excellent understanding of the job market, and a proven track record of successfully managing client relationships.
Experience with recruiting in web3/crypto is not essential but is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to understand the technical requirements of open positions.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract top technical talent.
- Utilise various sourcing channels and work with our growing network of referral partners to find suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates\’ qualifications and cultural fit.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, keeping them informed of progress and addressing any concerns.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in technical recruiting or sourcing, preferably within the web3/crypto industry.
- Strong knowledge of technical roles and recruitment best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Proven experience in managing client relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Proficient in using various sourcing channels and tools, including LinkedIn, job boards, and applicant tracking systems.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
- A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a results-driven mindset.
