This position requires the ability to work as part of a team responsible for the telephone screening and triage of requests for mental health services. The Intake and Admissions Representative will meet with new or reapplying clients to process admission paperwork, explain fees and financial obligations, and verify insurances and authorizations as appropriate. This position integrates with all departments.
One year of related experience is required. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred. This is a full-time position. Hours will vary Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
