The Work You'll Do: As VP, Global Account Sales, Europe, you will drive strategic direction and operational excellence for our sales teams across Europe and globally. You will lead the Europe sales organisation to achieve ambitious targets, foster best‑in‑class sales practices, and ensure seamless integration of acquired teams. What We Need From You: Extensive sales experience (10+ years), with a strong track record in management (5+ years preferred). Proven expertise in sales within the technology industry. Demonstrated ability in change management and driving organisational process improvements. Strong time management, organisational, and decision‑making skills. Ability to lead, empower, and motivate teams to achieve operational goals. Excellent oral and written communication skills. High level of personal integrity and accountability. Capacity to manage multiple assignments and projects, with flexibility for domestic and international travel.
