In this role, you'll be responsible for promoting and selling Sovos products to existing clients while managing and growing business across an emerging global market. You'll develop and execute a well-rounded sales engagement strategy — from prospecting through to close — supporting global accounts with ARR over $1 million and consistently meeting and exceeding targets.
More specifically, you will:

- Sell and promote Sovos' SaaS-based products and services to accounts in the Financial and Insurance verticals.
- Deliver profitable new business revenue growth while meeting and exceeding revenue targets and quotas.
- Build and manage a balanced pipeline, driving new business alongside existing account growth.
- Manage complex, large-scale enterprise sales cycles and execute late-stage deals with a high degree of success.
- Maintain accurate and detailed pipeline data in Salesforce.com.
- Leverage AI tools to identify patterns in account activity, prioritise outreach, and streamline reporting and pipeline management.
- Build year-over-year consistency in performance and accountability across multiple sales approaches.
- Act with integrity and demonstrate ethical behaviour in all matters with internal and external stakeholders.
- Take full ownership of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
What We Need From You:
- 5+ years of corporate selling experience, including 5+ years selling to large Financial Services organisations.
- Demonstrated success selling large enterprise opportunities ($250K+) with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles and engage Senior Executives.
- Proven targeting, prospecting, and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue quotas.
- Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.com, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Comfortable using AI-powered sales tools to enhance prospecting, forecasting, and customer engagement.
- Ability to travel moderately (less than 50%) domestically and internationally for client meetings, events, and Sovos locations.
- Strong communication skills — written and verbal — with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and driven to exceed targets.
- Due to client contractual obligations, the successful candidate will be asked to clear a background check upon hire.
