We’re searching for a Business Analyst to join our UK&I Commercial Operations team, so that we can strengthen our decision-making and performance tracking through reliable data and actionable insights. The Business Analyst will drive data excellence and deliver high-impact reporting to enable commercial teams to make faster, smarter decisions.
How You’ll Spend Your Time
- Defining and reporting on KPIs to provide commercial and sales teams with actionable insights into performance
- Building and maintaining dashboardsin Tableau and Salesforce in order to visualise team, individual, and regional performance
- Analysing the sales funnel and forecast trendsto identify bottlenecks and improve pipeline health and predictability
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and Financeto align data workflows and optimise reporting
- Auditing and maintaining data qualityto ensure consistent, trusted metrics that inform business planning
What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having
- 2 – 4 years’ experiencein a Commercial Analyst, Business Analyst, or Sales Operations Analyst role within a B2B or SaaS organisation
- Proven successin creating dashboards and performance reports using Tableau (or similar BI tool), Salesforce, and Excel/Google Sheets
- In-depth knowledgeof sales KPIs, forecasting metrics, and the structure of a sales funnel
- Ability to commuteto our Richmond office1–2 days a weekas part of our hybrid working approach
- Genuine Interestin healthcare technology and the impact data can make in safer care delivery
