Requirements

  • Qualified solicitor or barrister in England and Wales, in good standing
  • 5+ years of experience focused on commercial contracts
  • Experience at a top-tier law firm or as in-house counsel at a technology company
  • Strong expertise in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight timelines
  • Active professional liability (malpractice) insurance

Commitment
