We are looking for an experienced Project / Site Manager to oversee high-end residential construction and refurbishment projects across London.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and to Fittra’s quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily site operations from start through to completion
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades, suppliers and deliveries
- Monitor project programme, progress and quality
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety requirements
- Review drawings, specifications and construction details
- Identify and resolve site issues efficiently
- Communicate with clients, architects and consultants
- Manage snagging, completion and project handover
Requirements
- Proven Project or Site Management experience within UK construction
- Experience delivering high-end residential projects
- Strong technical and practical construction knowledge
- Excellent leadership and organisational skills
- Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of UK Health & Safety requirements
