We are hiring a Legal Consultant to join a growing team that supports individuals with Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), and Trusts — all offered through employee benefit programmes at major multinational companies. Key Responsibilities- Conduct 1:1 client meetings (online and in-person) to advise on will structure and related services
- Draft and revise wills using internal software
- Prepare and register LPAs
- Support clients through the full journey: initial consult to final documents
- Update case progress on CRM and manage follow-up admin
- Attend regional client meetings and occasional roadshows
- Promote additional services such as trusts, inheritance tax planning and document storage
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a high-quality experience
- Minimum 2 years of client-facing experience (face-to-face and virtual)
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy diary
- Comfortable working independently from home and visiting client sites across London and occasionally beyond
- Confident with MS Office and managing email/admin workload
- Holds a clean UK driving licence (car not required)
- A proactive, can-do attitude and ability to stay calm in fast-paced environments
