We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join a growing team of skilled software engineers, data modellers, and analysts . This is a hands-on development role focused on building and maintaining high-performance applications , working across both frontend and backend systems.
The Role
As a Full Stack Engineer , you will:
✅ Develop scalable software solutions to improve functionality and performance.
✅ Work with business analysts & architects to refine technical requirements.
✅ Translate designs into high-quality code using Python (Django) & React.
✅ Build and maintain RESTful APIs with database-driven backend systems.
✅ Optimize performance and scalability through proactive tuning.
✅ Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, Jenkins & DevOps best practices.
✅ Work with cloud infrastructure (AWS) – compute, networking, security, and IAM.
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams , ensuring seamless integration between front and backend components.
Must-Have Skills
3+ years of Python experience in a web-development framework (preferably Django).
2+ years of React experience , building user-friendly applications.
Containerization skills – Docker, Docker Compose.
Database expertise – SQL, PostgreSQL.
Strong DevOps knowledge – CI/CD, GitLab, Jenkins, AWS.
API Development & Performance Tuning experience.
Excellent communication & problem-solving skills .
