Join a leading UK commercial finance brokerage that has arranged over £1 billion in funding for more than 15,000 companies since 2007. As a Commercial Finance Broker, you'll focus on prospecting for new clients, performing outbound sales activity, and developing inbound leads through to completion.
What You'll Do
- Provide seamless sales service to new clients from initial enquiry through to closure
- Conduct outbound sales to build rapport with potential clients and secure new business
- Take a customer-centric approach to progress clients through the sales process
- Prepare proposal documentation and credit applications
- Work with a panel of 40+ lenders to secure client finance
- Build and maintain a pipeline of live opportunities
Exceptional Earning Potential
- Base salary: £35,000
- First year potential: Up to £100,000 (uncapped commission)
- Second year potential: Up to £125,000
- Third year potential: £150,000+
These on-target earnings are achievable and realistic as the majority of employees exceed their yearly targets.

Requirements
- 4-8 years of strong sales experience (B2B environment preferred)
- Track record in achieving KPIs
- Minimum of A-Levels or equivalent (Degree preferred)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport and trust
- Customer-centric, resilient approach to sales
- Positive and engaging telephone manner
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and CRM experience
- Well-organized with ability to handle multiple work streams
