About the Role

Our client is a values-driven organisation supporting young people to feel safe, confident and empowered. They are seeking a compassionate and experienced Senior Youth Worker to deliver group sessions, one-to-one mentoring and alternative education provision. This role is perfect for someone who builds trust through consistency, curiosity and kindness.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead high-quality group-based youth and community sessions
  • Deliver one-to-one mentoring using trauma-informed practice
  • Build safe, respectful and meaningful relationships with young people
  • Respond to challenging behaviour with calm, consistency and curiosity
  • Maintain safeguarding records, progress notes and reflective practice
  • Contribute to programme development and team learning

You’ll also receive Protective Behaviours training and ongoing development.
