Ready to drive pride? Hire Space wants a Venue Business Development Manager as sales lead for our Core & Prime marketing packages. You'll identify potential venues, pitch tailored marketing solutions, and onboard new partners as we grow the platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell Prime & Core marketing packages to UK & international venues.
  • Identify & engage potential venue partners, building lasting relationships.
  • Onboard new venues and collaborate with the Venue Account Management team.
  • Pitch marketing packages to decision‐makers, demonstrating value & ROI.
  • Manage high‐value accounts to ensure venues fully utilize Hire Space's marketing services.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to exceed targets in a fast‐paced environment.
  • Network extensively and bring industry insights to refine our marketing offerings.

What you should bring

  • Proven B2B sales track record, especially in hospitality or events.
  • Experience creating & implementing successful sales strategies for new venues.
  • Confidence pitching marketing packages and showing the value to venues.
  • Strong communication & presentation skills, crafting complex solutions compellingly.
  • Ability to manage high‐value accounts & help clients leverage marketing services.
  • Excellent networking & relationship building within the events industry.
  • Self‐starter, proactive, able to work independently & collaborate across teams.
  • Target‐driven, motivated by exceeding ambitious sales goals.

  • Existing relationships in the venue or events industry.
  • Experience with digital marketing solutions or selling marketing services.
  • Familiarity with industry trends & insights that refine Hire Space's marketing packages.
