My client are a well-established Chartered Surveying practice in SW London, offering professional services across residential property sectors. Weβre now looking for a highly organised and experienced Office Manager to support the smooth running of our business and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administration
- Support surveyors and directors with diary management and document preparation
- Prepare client correspondence, reports, and invoices
- Oversee facilities, IT liaison, and supplier coordination
- Maintain compliance with RICS standards and GDPR
- Assist with HR admin (onboarding, training, leave tracking)
- Liaise with clients and external service providers professionally
Skills & Experience:
- Proven Office Manager or senior admin experience in a property/professional setting
- Excellent organisation, multitasking, and communication skills
