Summary of the role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive corporate receptionist to join our clients team at one of their most prestigious sites in London. The role will form part of the talented on-site reception and help desk team ensuring that they are delivering a warm, professional welcome to every guest and employee that enters the building. Your skills will contribute to the overall success of the client site, demonstrating a warm, consistent, and knowledgeable service. You will have a warm approach to your customer service, understanding the corporate environment, working across 2 reception desks and a switchboard.

What does being a Corporate Receptionist look like?

  • Welcoming visitors and guests to provide a strong and consistent guest service.
  • Ensuring all calls to the switchboard/Help desk are answered promptly and professionally.
  • Responding to and actioning a busy email inbox in line with KPI guidelines.
  • Daily meeting room checks ensuring standards are maintained consistently.
  • Event management.
  • Contributing and working to site SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
  • Support with admin projects.

It’s all about you!

  • Ideally, you will have a background in Reception, Retail, Facilities, or Hospitality, with experience of working in a corporate environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, being able to work alongside multiple internal and external stakeholders in a professional and personable manner.
  • Able to think proactively and multi-task various administrative projects.
  • Excellent in Customer Service.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Ability to coordinate and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-moving and highly pressurised environment.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to work using own initiative.
