- Identify operational vulnerabilities and provide prioritised mitigation strategies based on business criticality, production assurance, and recovery impact.
- Support crisis management exercises, emergency response drills, and scenario-based simulations to strengthen organisational readiness.
- Clarify response roles, escalation pathways, and recovery responsibilities across offshore, onshore, and corporate teams.
- Track post-exercise findings and ensure improvement actions are implemented effectively.
- Prepare BCM reports, dashboards, resilience metrics, and assurance documentation for leadership review and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and technical stakeholders involved in resilience studies, continuity workshops, and operational risk reviews.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering such as Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Petroleum, or a related technical discipline.
- Additional certifications in Asset Management, Project Management, Operational Excellence, or Business Continuity are considered advantageous.
- Minimum 15 years of senior-level experience within oil and gas operations, preferably across both offshore and onshore production environments.

- Proven experience managing business continuity, operational resilience, or production assurance within high-risk operating environments.
- Strong exposure to safety-critical assets where downtime directly impacts production, personnel safety, and regulatory compliance.
