Are you great at building rapport with people quickly? Would you like to use your excellent communication skills to make a difference? My client, an established charity based in the Stroud area is looking for a Part Time Engagement Officer for an extremely varied role.
Working within the Marketing and Communications Team, you will be responsible for raising the profile of this charity by:
- Attending networking sessions
- Reaching out and meeting with local businesses
- Organising and attending community events
With support from the Senior Leadership team, you will build a fundraising strategy with clear goals and objectives and will record all information accurately and in a timely manner. You will be working roughly 20-25 hours per week and some early morning and evening attendance at events will be expected.
To be successful for this role, you will first and foremost be a passionate people person who wants to make a difference. In addition, you will be very self-motivated and self-managed, as well as having excellent organisational skills and first-class administrative capabilities. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is required to meet the criteria for this job.
