Hire Purpose is delighted to be working in partnership with Still Moving Media for the recruitment of Marketing and Client Experience Lead. Still Moving Media is a unique and innovative, high quality production house with an enviable list of clients including Buster & Punch, Lotus, Vax and more recently Porsche. Still Moving creates story led content across photography, video, animation and AI which connects incredible brands to their audiences. As the business grows, it is looking for a full time, studio based, Marketing and Client Experience Lead who understands how to build relationships, shape standout communications, and spot opportunities all with a warm, strategic and consistently brilliant edge. This role blends marketing, client care, and business development and offers an incredible opportunity for a highly proactive individual who wants a role where they are responsible for driving their career in a hard working, creative environment. From first contact to post project follow up, this exceptional individual will lead the client experience and help drive Still Moving’s presence across proposals, pitches, and platforms. This is a small, close knit team where everyone rolls up their sleeves, however, you will need to be happy to lead on the designing and delivering of presentations, attending client meetings and networking events, picking up the phone and driving new and existing client engagement across the agency. It’s a very broad role, with plenty and action and where hard work will forge a path for development and reward as the business grows. To be successful for this role, you will be highly proactive and committed to delivering an exceptional standard of work. You will possess excellent written and verbal communication, high emotional intelligence and be exceptionally passionate about delivering a world class service to clients, not only meeting, but exceeding their expectations. In addition, you will have strong commercial acumen, with excellent organisational skills, with an ability to juggle a variety of tasks whilst keeping your strong level of attention to detail and consistency. Whilst, not essential, the ideal candidate will come from a creative communications background and have led the client journey from inception to completion as well possessing some creative suite experience. Please note, this is an office / studio / office-based role and you must live in close proximity to Cheltenham. The role is only offered on a full time basis and you must have access to a vehicle.
