Immediate Start Available

Hybrid (3 days in office in central London)

Key duties:
  • Act as the first point of contact for the CEO, managing their diary, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Deliver comprehensive administrative and organisational support to the CEO.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking transport and accommodation.
  • Assist in organising and managing events or board meetings as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
The appointed candidate should have:
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Proven experience in an EA role, preferably from within the medical or charity sectors.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in using office software and tools for scheduling and document preparation.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands.
  • A professional approach, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
