The clinic is research-led and operates from a modern facility, working alongside a team of skilled specialists, including Aesthetic Practitioners, Sonographers, and Consultant Surgeons.

Previous GP surgery or medical receptionist experience 3.
Strong administrative skills 4.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities 5.
Willingness to learn and develop new skills 6.
Confidence supporting Front of House duties when required 7.
Strong patient service and communication skills Main Duties and Responsibilities 1.
Answer incoming telephone calls and provide excellent patient service 2.
Book appointments and procedures using the clinic’s booking system 3.
Assist with front desk duties, including greeting patients and supporting daily clinic operations 4.
Input and update patient records accurately 5.
Handle deposits and payments, ensuring accurate entry into the system 6.
Arrange follow-up appointments and send confirmations and reminders 7.
Prepare patient files and paperwork for upcoming clinic days 8.
Retrieve and organise patient notes as required 9.
Generate quotation letters when necessary 10.
Assist with audiotyping and checking doctors’ letters using Lexicom 11.
Attend training sessions to meet mandatory and personal development requirements 12.
Participate in annual performance reviews and goal setting Terms and Conditions 1.
