You’ll be shaping how some of the UK’s most important programmes are procured, contracted and delivered across defence, infrastructure, transport and the public sector. This is work with real-world impact, real complexity, and real accountability.
This is a client‑facing, delivery‑focused role. You’ll work on long‑term programmes and see work through from strategy to execution, including:
- Leading and supporting complex procurements across equipment, digital services, infrastructure and professional services
- Shaping commercial and procurement strategies that drive better outcomes
- Managing supplier engagement, tenders, negotiations and contract awards
- Advising on commercial terms and contract structures
- Supporting transitions from legacy contracts to new frameworks
- Providing ongoing commercial management through delivery

What we’re looking for:
Experience and security clearance eligibility are essential. You’ll need:
- Proven experience delivering complex procurements in regulated environments
- A strong understanding of the full procurement lifecycle
- Confidence advising on commercial strategy, sourcing, evaluation and contracts
- Experience in public sector, defence, infrastructure or transport
- Security clearance (important)
Our work requires UK government security clearance. You must:
- Be eligible to work in the UK, and have lived and worked in the UK for the last 5 years
- BPSS is the minimum requirement, with SC required for some roles. Existing clearance is a strong advantage, and support is provided throughout the process.

- Junior Consultants with solid foundations and hands‑on experience
- Senior Consultants / Managers who own work‑streams and advise clients
- Senior Managers who lead programmes and influence at senior levels
