The Role: We’re looking for experienced freelance recruiters who can step in and deliver immediately. You’ll work on live roles across engineering, consulting, and construction-related disciplines, either independently or embedded within client teams. This is a delivery-focused role suited to recruiters who already have strong networks and know how to generate high-quality, engaged candidates quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, engage, and qualify candidates across:
- Engineering (Civil, Structural, Electrical)
- Project Management & PMO
- Project Controls & Cost Management
- Procurement & Commercial Management
- Construction & Infrastructure roles
What We’re Looking For:
Experience
- Proven track record recruiting in one or more of:
- Engineering (civil, structural, electrical)
- Construction / infrastructure
- Consulting environments (e.g. PA Consulting, Atkins, Turner & Townsend, etc.)
Capability
- Able to generate candidates without relying solely on inbound applications
- Strong LinkedIn sourcing and headhunting capability
- Confident running candidate screening calls and qualifying effectively
- Able to manage multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously
- Commercially aware – understands client expectations and delivery pressure
Profile Fit
- Self-sufficient and proactive
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
