Construction Manager We're currently partnering with a leading UK construction business to appoint an experienced Construction Manager to support the delivery of a landmark commercial development in Cambridge.
This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional with a strong background in large-scale commercial projects to take ownership of key construction packages throughout the project lifecycle.
Working alongside Senior Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams, you'll lead the safe, efficient and high-quality delivery of works from planning and coordination through to commissioning, snagging and final handover.
Depending on your experience, you'll oversee specialist packages including internal fit-out, CAT A works, washroom installations and other building delivery packages.
Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of assigned construction packages, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and multidisciplinary site teams throughout the construction lifecycle.
Manage construction sequencing, resolve technical issues and proactively mitigate programme risks.
Collaborate closely with design, commercial and MEP teams to ensure effective project coordination.
