Urgently required to work in a West-End Bank for 5 weeks, holiday and sickness cover combined. Help to assist in maintaining the efficient day to day running of the post room and associated tasks. Working 35 hours per week. This role is fully office based.
Duties:
- Collection, distribution and despatch of all mail services.
- Organise the collection and delivery of archive boxes in storage.
- Manage deliveries and collections using the online access system.
- Ensure confidential waste is shredded in house or removed offsite.
- Help maintain stock control of all NBK forms, copier paper, canteen supplies.
- Provide cover on reception desk when Security Guard/Receptionist is absent.
