We are looking for a Part-time Facilities temp to work 18 hours per week, at a super office based in Victoria. Paying £15.77 per hour. Please note this role is entirely office based. Covering the following shift pattern: Monday to Thursday 8am to 12midday (4 hrs). Friday 8am to 10am (2 hrs).
Duties will include:
- Meeting room setups, including moving furniture, setting up teas/coffees.
- Helping with AV setups (not the technical side).
- Booking meetings if needed using Teams.
- Reception cover.
- Arranging couriers.
- Processing orders if needed.
- General facilities tasks as required by management.
Basic IT skills (basic Word, Excel and Teams) required but training will be given.
