PA to Managing Director (Media Company) – Central London – £32k to £35k + Great Benefits An established, independent, award-winning, media specialist company is looking for a PA to their Managing Director. The company are a fun and friendly team, so someone who enjoys this type of environment would fit in well, although as this role directly represents and reflects the MD, the individual must demonstrate professionalism and discretion at all times, but who enjoys regular socials and wellbeing weeks. SALARY ETC: * ££32k to £35k per annum, with a PRP annual bonus. * Excellent benefits, which include; Employee Ownership Trust scheme, Pension, Company Health Insurance, Company Life assurance policy, Employee Assistance Programme, externally accredited company training programme, enhanced leave, loyalty bonuses, Lots of team events and company dinners, social parties, free fruit and snacks, etc * Central London * Permanent, full-time. * Office based hours, Monday to Friday (Fridays are work from homer days, but the rest will be office based). REQUIREMENTS: * Must have full rights to work in the UK as no sponsorship can be offered. * Smart in appearance and excellent standard of English (written and verbal). * Experience in a similar role, supporting MD / Executive level. * Some experience, or understanding, or desire to work in the Media industry. * Must manage multiple tasks at once, coordinate office events, oversee daily operations, and maintain a structured work environment. * High standards of conduct, especially when dealing with senior leadership and external parties. * Comfort with office software (Word, Excel, Outlook) and video conferencing tools. * Understanding of IT systems and acting as the first point of contact for IT support (basic IT support, nothing technical). * Ability to lead by example and collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure smooth operations. SUMMARY OF DUTIES: * Organising and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the MD. * Drafting reports, presentations, and correspondence for the MD, ensuring all materials are ready for meetings or conferences. * Preparing schedules and following up on action items to ensure the MD\’s time is used efficiently. * Acting as a liaison between the MD and other departments, stakeholders, or external partners, managing sensitive information with discretion. * Develop full understanding of MD’s role, routine and relationships to ensure best support possible – some aspects of personal support may be required on an ad hoc basis. * Process expenses,invoices and approvals in line with company procedure
