We’re recruiting a Membership Officer to join a well-established professional membership organisation on a part-time basis (3 days per week). This role is ideal for someone organised and detail-focused, who enjoys managing member services, working with data, and supporting committees and events.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing membership processes, renewals and communications
- Maintaining and reporting on the membership database
- Supporting committees, meetings and governance activity
- Assisting with member communications and bulletins
- Supporting member-focused events and activities
About you:
- Experience in a membership, education, charity or professional body environment
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Confidence working with databases and producing reports
- Clear, professional communication skills
