Executive Assistant to CEO (12-month maternity cover) £50k to £55k + great benefits - NW London A leading private hospital is looking for an experience c-suite level EA to the CEO. This 12-month contract is working for an independent, private hospital, which has an excellent reputation and has exceptional high customer service & medical standards, attracting many leading medical professionals. The post will be responsible for the provision of an effective high quality and responsive EA service to the Chief Executive, Directors and, as required, Trustees and efficient and effective corporate office service. The post holder is expected to operate proactively and at pace — anticipating the needs of the Chief Executive, managing competing priorities, and driving follow-up of actions and deliverables on their behalf. The post holder is also responsible for providing administrative and diary support to the Medical Director and the Responsible Officer. This post requires the highest levels of standards, confidentiality, probity, and a high level of initiative and personal judgment. SALARY ETC: * £50k to £55k, depending on experience + great benefits. * 12-month, full-time, contract (maternity cover) * Central NW London * Monday to Friday, working core hours, with flexibility if and when required. * Please note that this is an office-based role. REQUIREMENTS: * Must have full right to work in the UK (unable to offer sponsorship). * Happy with an office-based role and able to commit to a 12-month contract. * Experience of managing the day-to-day diary of C-Suite Level and administrative support to Senior Leadership Team * Experience of managing CEOs calendar, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, etc. * Ability to build and developing strong working relationships with all internal departments, external stakeholders, etc. * To have a professional, calm, and efficient approach, with the ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, with excellent communication and organisational skills. DUTIES TO INCLUDE: * E-mail management, drafting and distributing a variety of correspondence, reports, agendas and papers for board meetings, taking minutes and following up on actions. * Provide high quality personal secretarial and administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer, Directors and, as required, Trustees. * Ensure effective communication, including that which is business sensitive, to all levels of staff. * Always Ensure the delivery of a high quality Corporate ‘front of house’: delivery of the highest standards of courtesy and service always; telephone enquiries are managed promptly and effectively, and visitors are welcomed and needs catered for. * Assist with the management of meeting room bookings and loan of corporate laptop. * Effectively and appropriately manage internal and external correspondence on behalf of the Chief Executive Officer and Directors and as required, Trustees. * Taking minutes, as requiredand includes meetings which are scheduled during normal working hours and in the evening. * Preparation of accurate and appropriate letters, as well as regularly manage private and sensitive information, always ensuring confidentiality. * To manage day-to-day enquiries on behalf of the CEO, MD, and RO, whilst assessing enquiries and responding with appropriate responses. * To effectively draft high quality reports * To assure the highest professionalism and image of the Corporate office at all times. * To book hotel accommodation, transport, restaurant bookings, personal or otherwise for CEO, EMB Directors and external stakeholders when required Due to the high volume of applications we receive, we regret that we are unable to respond individually to every applicant.
