Job Description
My client, a renowned membership organisation, with large offices based near London Bridge, seek 2 x Events Assistants to work with and support the Events department up till the end of the year.\\nThis is a hybrid role, although the first few days would need to be office based for training and induction.\\nMain duties will consist of;\\nProviding proactive and efficient administrative support to the Events Co-ordinators and Events Managers in the organisation and administration of internal meetings and courses.\\nTo provide high quality service to all customers demonstrating a consistently strong, customer focused approach\\nAssist the Events Co-ordinators and Events Managers to organise events and courses.\\nResponsible for overseeing the events email inbox and deal with any queries, escalating where required.\\nUse database and registration software to set up new events, create delegate lists, badges, feedback forms and speaker material as required for each event.\\nMaintain good records of all events.\\nSpeaker liaison – Manage speakers’ requirements by sending out admin details, arranging travel and accommodation where applicable and thank you letters.\\nDeal with all aspects of delegate registration including registration of delegates, handling payments and all queries.\\nPrepare and staff registration desk for face-to-face events and staff live support function for virtual events.\\nThe role is Monday Friday, 9-5 and pays £14.02 per hour, and will finish on the 23rd December.\\nThe right candidate will be able to start ASAP and have previous admin and events experience.\\nApply now for immediate consideration
