This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and detail-oriented professional to take training materials to the next level. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for designing and enhancing training content to make it more visually appealing, easier to understand and more engaging for learners. Your work will directly impact the learning journey of attendees, helping them absorb information more effectively through thoughtfully designed materials and experiences., * Proven experience in designing training materials, eLearning modules, or digital presentations.

  • Strong graphic design skills and proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar).

  • Experience with eLearning development tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise, or similar).

  • An understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
