Job Description

My client, a high-profile venue, based in the heart of London, seeks a Venue Sales Coordinator to join a busy and pro-active sales team.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record in proactive sales and event planning within a medium sized venue, London based or hotel (venue sales).

The role focuses on proactive and reactive sales within the venue sales team, liaising with commercial clients to book space in the venue, whilst also negotiating catering and audio visual services.

You will be working with clients from the initial enquiry through to the contracted event, final details and on-the-day meet and greet and post-event follow-up to encourage repeat business.

You must have previous experience of a similar role, be customer service driven with excellent communication and negotiation skills and enjoy working as part of a team.

This role is hybrid, with 2 days a week remote working offered and is to start ASAP.
