My client, a busy and dynamic City based media company, seeks an Events and Marketing Coordinator to join a fast-paced Events & Marketing team.
Main duties include:
- Marketing: Creating & Scheduling emails from Campaignmaster, Microsoft Dynamics and Outlook for various events. Creating & Scheduling social media for our events through Hootsuite and LinkedIn. Advertising in their magazines both online through banners and in the magazines through adverts. Work with production to create all templates, banners, adverts, twitter images, email signatures, creating images in Canva.
- Events (Conferences & Roundtables): Booking venues and managing catering and delegate requests for roundtables (small lunches and dinners). Ordering supplies for the events. Managing the AV, booking in-house photographers, setting up websites and helping update these for roundtables and conferences. Attending all conferences and roundtables.
- Expos: Working with the sales team on managing their stand, ordering in marketing materials, ordering furniture/branding and any other requirements. You will also be responsible for booking staff for the stand.
The right candidates for this role will have at least 1 years’ experience in a corporate environment, have experience of using Marketing Platforms, be IT savvy / a fast learner and have excellent communication skills.
This is a hybrid role, with 2 days a week based in their London office. Occasionally some work will take place outside of usual office hours such as earlier in the morning or in the evening. Some travel may be required in the UK.
Starting salary circa 32K - 35K plus benefits. Apply now for immediate consideration.
