This post is temp to perm. Temping for 6 to 8 weeks – then moving onto a permanent contract. A large Regulatory Body based near Elephant & Castle is urgently seeking Customer Service applicants with excellent logistical and research skills to join their busy 'Registrations’ department.
The salary for the Customer Service Officer is £27,650 or £15.19 per hr. This is a Hybrid role. (However, the first 2 weeks are office based for training).
Experience of working in a verification department, legal environment or in a research role would be a bonus. Customer service/helpdesk experience would also be beneficial.
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal are required. The Customer Service Officer job involves registering professionals keen to work in the UK.
