About the Role
We’re looking for self-motivated Business Development Contractors to join our growing outbound team. In this fully remote, commission-based role, you’ll be responsible for introducing HireGrid to businesses by reaching out to decision-makers via LinkedIn and other professional channels. Your goal is to drive interest and signups from companies looking to hire top talent. This is a high-impact, flexible opportunity — you set your hours and work at your own pace. The more companies you bring in, the more you earn.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and reach out to hiring managers, HR leaders, and executives on LinkedIn.
- Clearly communicate the value of HireGrid’s recruitment platform.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into customers.
- Track outreach efforts and follow up with interested contacts.
- Represent HireGrid professionally and consistently in all communications.
Compensation & Expectations
You’ll earn $200 - $1000 for every company that signs up to HireGrid through your outreach. You can make between $2,000 to $8,000+ per month, depending on effort and performance. There is no cap on earnings. You are expected to list HireGrid as your current employer on LinkedIn to increase credibility and response rates.
