We are hiring a Social Media Manager to own our voice across social platforms. The role is part strategist, part editor, part community builder — turning the brand into a presence people actually want to follow.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok, and YouTube
- Manage editorial calendar and ship campaigns aligned with brand and business goals
- Engage with the community in comments, DMs, and conversations across platforms
- Track performance metrics and report monthly on growth and engagement
- Partner with creative on assets and with paid media on amplification
- Stay on top of platform changes, formats, and emerging trends
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years managing brand social presence at scale
- Strong copywriting skills with a clear voice and platform-native instincts
- Hands-on with social management tools (Sprout, Hootsuite, Later, Buffer)
- Working knowledge of social ad platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Visual eye for content design (Canva, basic Figma) is a plus
- Curiosity and bias for testing new formats and approaches
