Sales Negotiators to join their team at Egerton House, Manchester (Tower Business Park).

If you’re a confident salesperson with proven success in a target-driven environment, this role offers real financial reward from Day 1 through a strong commission structure.

  • What You\'ll Do
  • Manage and sell a fast-moving, diverse property portfolio.
  • Guide both buyers and sellers through the sales process with confidence and professionalism.
  • Use strong negotiation, listening, and relationship-building skills to manage expectations and close deals quickly.
  • Drive revenue through volume and margin targets.
  • Progressed agreed sales efficiently through to conveyancing with high attention to detail.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of sales experience (property sales experience is a plus).
  • A team player with a positive, adaptable attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Resilient under pressure and able to meet deadlines.
  • Eagerness to succeed in a high-performance environment.
  • What You Get
