Movetru is redefining how human movement is measured and optimised through cutting-edge wearable technology. As our Chief of Staff & Head of Operations, you will be the CEO’s strategic right hand and the company’s internal operations lead.
This is a high-trust, high-visibility leadership role. You’ll own internal systems, ensure cross-functional delivery, bring structure to our day-to-day, and step confidently into gaps. You’ll manage OKRs, oversee projects, support high-level communication, and drive operational excellence across every function of the business.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Operations
- Own company-wide OKR planning, tracking, and reporting
- Design and lead cross-functional planning and execution processes
- Maintain and optimise internal meeting rhythms (Leadership syncs, All-Hands, 1:1s)
- Monitor progress on team priorities, ensuring follow-through on key deliverables
- Promote a high-performance, high-trust culture aligned with Movetru’s values
CEO Enablement & Executive Support
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, travel logistics, and daily priorities
- Act as a strategic thought partner on company direction and decision-making
- Triage inbound requests to protect CEO focus and ensure priority alignment
- Flag operational risks, surface blockers, and solve issues proactively
Operations & Administration
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring internal systems are efficient and scalable
- Own general office management and maintenance responsibilities
- Manage contracts, general compliance, insurance, and admin
- Support light bookkeeping, budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and invoice management
- Coordinate tools and workflows for CRM, onboarding, project management, and documentation
- Lead or co-lead strategic and cross-functional initiatives
- Drive team accountability by following up on projects and deadlines
- Manage multidisciplinary project tracking across Movetru teams
- Support people operations (onboarding, performance tracking, freelance/vendor management)
- Champion and promote Movetru’s culture in everyday work
Communications & Stakeholder Management
- Ensure clarity and alignment across team communications
- Draft or refine updates for investors, partners, and customers
- Prepare board decks, internal reports, and other strategic documents
- Respond to high-stakes communication calmly, clearly, and constructively
Generalist Support
- Step into operational gaps and solve problems independently
- Tackle unexpected tasks without hesitation
- Maintain structure, speed, and organisation during high-pressure moments
Candidate Profile
Must-Haves
- 3+ years experience in startups, consulting, operations, or cross-functional leadership
- Proven track record of managing complex projects end-to-end
- Highly organised, structured, and execution-focused
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and solving operational issues
- Confident working with senior stakeholders and driving accountability
- Familiar with Google Workspace
- Humble, hands-on, and willing to do whatever needs to be done
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in sportstech, hardware/software companies, or early-stage startups
- Exposure to investor relations, board reporting, or C-suite support
- Familiarity with performance science, sports organisations, or wearable technology
