The Opportunity

We are seeking a Head of Capital Raising & Strategic Finance to lead HIRA's seed fundraising and investor relations strategy. This role is ideal for a venture finance professional, investment banker, VC scout, or experienced startup fundraiser with an established network of angels, family offices, and venture investors, particularly in the UAE, UK, and global markets. You will work directly with the founder and leadership team to structure and close the company's seed round, while helping build long‐term relationships with strategic investors. Exceptional performance in this role may transition into a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) leadership position as the company scales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead HIRA's seed fundraising strategy and investor outreach
  • Introduce and engage angels, venture funds, and family offices
  • Coordinate investor meetings and manage the fundraising pipeline
  • Support financial modelling, valuation discussions, and deal structuring
  • Represent HIRA in investor conversations and negotiations
  • Help build a syndicated investment round with multiple strategic investors
  • Advise on long‐term capital strategy as the company scales
